Karl founded and led 3PD, growing it into North America's largest heavy-goods last-mile delivery and installation company before its $365M sale to XPO Logistics. He then served as CEO of XPO Last Mile, doubling revenue to $900M through organic growth, acquisitions, and technology enhancements.
Prior to 3PD, he led Home Depot's delivery operations, pioneering technology-enabled logistics for in-home services. He also held roles at Lockheed Martin and served as an aviation crew chief in the U.S. Army. Karl holds a degree in Aeronautics, cum laude, from Embry-Riddle University.

Alex Meza is a dual US–Mexico executive with 25+ years leading international automotive and heavy-cargo logistics. He previously served as President & COO of Jack Cooper Transport, overseeing a $1B operation with 2,200 trucks, 42 terminals, and over 4,000 employees. He launched Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Mexico and served as Managing Director of AMPORTS de Mexico.
His deep, hands-on experience operating on both sides of the border gives him unmatched expertise in safe, secure Mexico–US freight operations. Alex holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BBA from Anahuac University.

Carlos Hijar is an experienced operator of logistics firms with experience leading organizations in Mexico as well as in the US. With over 20 years of experience, he has held positions across operations, business development, and sales functions, which makes him uniquely qualified to understand areas of opportunities and present solutions that can help our customer base.
Prior to joining XBorder he was the director of vehicle logistics for Mazda de Mexico and was instrumental in Mazda's launch of its manufacturing footprint in Mexico. Carlos is highly regarded and respected and has deep-rooted connections to the MExico logistics community.

Randy Meyer was the co-founder and CFO of 3PD from 2001 to 2013, which he and his team grew to become North America's largest heavy goods, last mile delivery and installation business. While at 3PD, the team led all financial integrations of three strategic acquisitions and one technology platform, as well as establishing KPIs for operations. 3PD was acquired by XPO Logistics in 2013 for $365 million.
Following the sale, Mr. Meyer served as CFO of XPO Last Mile from 2013 to 2016, running the Last Mile finance team and serving as senior member of the deal team for all three Last Mile acquisitions. Randy holds a bachelors degree from Agusta University.
